Grupo Ramón García welcomed over 40 students from the woodwork program at CIFP Someso as part of the SAPERE AUDE initiative by the Cluster da Madeira e o Deseño de Galicia. This initiative aims to provide students with firsthand insight into the industry, bridging the gap between companies and future professionals in the field.
As part of its commitment to training and fostering talent, Grupo Ramón García has been partnering with various institutions and organizations for years. These efforts include guided tours of its facilities and the Impulso RG new talent program, which offers internships and Dual Vocational Training programs. Through these initiatives, the company aims to ensure that students feel confident and prepared to take on any professional challenge upon completing their studies.
On this occasion, the students had the opportunity to gain firsthand experience in the processes and technologies that set the standard in the manufacturing of high-quality furniture and custom joinery pieces for interior fit outs in retail, hospitality, restaurants, offices, and other unique international projects.
Grupo Ramón García considers these initiatives highly enriching, viewing them as a mutual opportunity for learning and continuous improvement.
