The Salgadoiro restaurant, located in Sanxenxo, Galicia, is a space in which the aim was to evoke the warmth by highlighting the marine environment. The place, located right in front of the port, offers spectacular views.
Once inside, we found a different place, where noble materials were used in their natural state to focus the attention of customers. These materials, mostly natural black iron, natural oak, ropes and quarry stone.
We can find two very different atmospheres subtly separated by a wine rack, which stands out for its navy blue color that contrasts with the warm orange color of its light bulbs. One area would be the zone of tapas, which has as its main axis a separate table in the upper zone and lower area where the strings stand out and then spread throughout that area. Once you cross the shelf, you find the most exclusive area of the restaurant, which is the area where gastronomic magic happens, in which we highlight the main table of the same, with exclusive views and where the ropes are a must to create the environment that was needed for such a special place.
