The new hotel from The Social Hub brand is conveniently located near the university area of San Sebastian and just a 25-minute walk from the picturesque La Concha promenade.

This project is sure to catch the attention of the city with its vibrant spirit. The atmosphere is perfect for short stays or extended visits, allowing. allowing guests to relax, study, or work in peace, thanks to its numerous spacious common areas and coworking spaces. It also features a café, restaurant, gym, meeting and event spaces, an on-site laundry, a pool, and a rooftop bar, among many other amenities.

Project Outcome

At Grupo Ramón García, we have completed interior joinery and furniture projects from the budgeting phase through to the final stages of construction. We have collaborated closely with The Social Hub to implement the best manufacturing systems while always respecting the original design. Our team has used materials tailored to each situation and purpose, incorporating unique elements such as a boat installed in the stairwell and cylindrical benches that enhance the hotel entrance.

Notably, we have also designed and installed the exclusive suite, where premium materials and a geometric design have redefined conventional patterns.
