Site Manager

Description

We are seeking a Site Manager to join our Ramón García Contract project team, based in Perillo (A Coruña), to oversee and manage construction projects in our portfolio at both local, regional and national levels. Key responsibilities include:

Analysing project feasibility and requirements
Planning and organising project phases, tasks and workflows
Verifying certifications
Monitoring project costs and timeline
Managing orders with suppliers
Coordinating contractors and subcontractors.
Overseeing official project documentation
Ensuring on-site safety standards

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in similar roles (Retail project experience preferred)
Availability for nationwide travel
Valid driver’s license (B) and personal vehicle
60-hour Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) course
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with Presto is a plus

Requirements

Minimum education: Higher Vocational Training (Advanced level).

Minimum Experience: At least 2 years.

Languages: English – Intermediate Level.

Basic requirements:

Willingness to travel
At least 2 years of experience in Site Management
Valid driver’s license (B) and own vehicle
