Dual Vocational Training Program Ramón García Group welcomes representatives of the Instituto Politécnico of Viana do Castelo (Portugal)
Representatives of the Instituto Politécnico de Viana do Castelo (Portugal) visited the Ramón García Group’s facilities in Ordes to get a closer look at the company’s participation in the Dual Higher Cycle of Design and Furnishing vocational training program, in collaboration with the CIFP Politécnico de Santiago.
Ramón García Group, committed to the development of talent and the generation of opportunities in the sector, has for the last 5 years been involved in the implementation of Dual Vocational Training programs, in which students receive training and gain experience in a real life context through guaranteed paid internships and continuous supervision.
The visit served to demonstrate how the program works, as well as to share the success and value that collaboration in Dual Vocational Training programs offers both students and companies.
