Feijóo highlights Contract as a key sector during his visit to Grupo Ramón García
The president of Xunta (Galicia government) , Alberto Núñez Feijóo, visited this monday the installations of Grupo Ramón García SL in Ordes, where he pointed at Contract as a key sector in the business and industrial sector of the comunity, able to generate work, riches and internationalize Galicia’s brand.
“We are talking about a sector that project us in the world, that creates jobs and generates riches”, Núéz Feijóo asserted. Nowdays there are more than 100 Galician companies who work in this field.
The presindent of Xunta highlited that companies who dedicate to Contract bet for flexibility, for cualificated job, for innovation, for high quality products and last tendencies. “It is about one of the most competitive industries and future, where it credits the logistic complexity and combines the technical and creative fields”, he abounded.
In this line, he highlighted that Grupo Ramón García, who started as a carpentry in 1975, is today a five divisions company: joinery, kitchens, custom design, Hi-MACS and Contract-, wich gives jobs to more than 470 families and it bills more than 50 millions euros. Able to manage from Ordes, Mesía and México, international clients orders, among others, Inditex or Bimba & Lola.
